- Yes, all major credit cards, such as American Express, Visa, Jcb, Diners, Mastercard are accepted.
- Cancellations and charges
- Please, during your on-line booking process, see the details on our cancellation policy and charges. No charge if reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to arrival. One night charge, on credit card, in case of later cancellation. Charge on credit card of total amount of stay in case of no-show or anticipated departure.
- Is it possible to rent a car?
- Yes, our staff will be happy to rent a car for you through main rental companies.
- Have you got a car park for your clients?
- Hotel Isabella is located just in the middle of the historical centre of Taormina. If you arrive by car, you can use the town Car Parks called “Lumbi” and “Porta Catania”, where you will have a 40% discount on the daily rate. If you travel with a heavy luggage, park your car in “Lumbi”, so you can take advantage of the city shuttle included in the car park price, while if you have a small baggage you can use “Porta Catania”, so you can reach the hotel simply walking along Corso Umberto by foot.
